I am Honored to be alive in this season and to be a part of the solutions to the people who have needs in affordable housing, senior living and sober living.

I have had over 30 years helping others overcome life controlling Problems. As a staff member and counselor for recovery centers like Teen Challenge International and rescue missions, and later started Chains Off Ministries Inc.

Today, I am excited to be here to learn from you all about opening up a halfway house. My home today is housing seniors with disabilities. I have not own any of my own properties and been caring for others most of my life. As a missionary to the urban communities I deal with the worsts of the worst. In Florida pe are shocked when I show them the many homeless camps in the inner cities of Central Florida.
