🎥 REPLAY: From Wall Street to 1,000 Beds—Scott Frye’s

Hey Tribe,
Scott Frye shares his unbelievable journey, funding ideas, employment strategies, and the vision for 1,000 beds. Coalition Family, The replay is officially ready! Last night’s Halfwayhouse MasterMind Training was one of those conversations that made you sit up, grab your notebook, and start thinking bigger. Our special guest, Scott Frye, shared how his journey took him from Wall Street and the technology industry to incarceration—and eventually to purchasing the same halfway house where he began his reentry journey. Yes, you read that correctly. Scott was sent to a halfway house. He later bought it. WOW! But Scott did not stop with his personal testimony. He shared a bold vision for bringing experienced housing operators together, strengthening our individual organizations, creating new funding opportunities, and building a network of 1,000 beds and beyond. 🔥 DURING THE TRAINING, WE TALKED ABOUT: 💰 FUNDING AND GROWTH How qualified housing operators may be able to position themselves for larger capital and expansion opportunities. 🤝 BUILDING THE RIGHT TEAM AROUND YOU You should not have to handle the legal work, accounting, marketing, technology, fundraising, staffing, and daily operations by yourself. Big visions require strong teams. 💼 EMPLOYMENT SERVICES Why getting residents employed quickly can improve their confidence, stability, independence, and ability to remain successful in the program. 🚐 TRANSPORTATION TO WORK Transportation is one of the biggest barriers facing residents. Scott explained how providing transportation can solve a major problem while also becoming an additional service within your organization. 🛏️ THE VISION FOR 1,000 BEDS We discussed what may become possible when established operators, referral relationships, beds, resources, systems, and leadership come together under one vision. 📈 PRICING AND POSITIVE CASH FLOW You cannot continue serving people when your organization is constantly struggling to survive. Your program fees must support the true cost of operating, staffing, providing services, and expanding. 🧠 WRAPAROUND SERVICES Employment, transportation, coaching, mental-health support, vocational training, drug testing, and other services can help you build more than a bed-rental operation. One of the most powerful moments came when experienced operators shared what happened when they tried to run their programs with only their hearts—but without the proper systems, agreements, financial management, and support. The lesson was clear: We must care about people while also building organizations that can survive. 🎬 WATCH THE VIDEO REPLAY HERE: Click Here to watch Video Do not watch this training casually. Get your notebook. Pause the video when necessary. Write down the ideas that apply to your market. Then identify the one area of your organization that must improve before you can expand. Ask yourself: ✅ Do I have a strong referral pipeline? ✅ Is my current program producing positive cash flow? ✅ Are my residents gaining access to quality employment? ✅ Can I provide reliable transportation? ✅ What would I do if additional funding became available? ✅ Do I have the right people around me to execute the vision? ✅ Is my organization truly prepared to grow? This vision is still being developed, but one thing became clear during the meeting: This is not a matter of if. It is a matter of when. Watch the replay and prepare yourself for what is coming next. Let’s build bigger—together.
